Dow DOWSIL™ ME-4131 Encapsulant Clear is a one component, silicone elastomer coating that is used for die coating wire bond packaging. It provides electrical stability, moisture and temperature resistance. It offers low modulus of elasticity, low levels of ionic impurities, addition cure chemistry, stress absorption, and requires no mixing. 453 g Bottle.
