3M Scotch-Weld 6104 Epoxy Adhesive Black is a one component, impact and water-resistant industrial adhesive product. It is engineered for bonding materials that are dissimilar as well as electronic-grade plastics with controlled rheology to provide non-sag bonding. It provides a quick, low temperature cure, in addition to flexibility after curing. Ideal usage involves electronics assembly, mobile, as well as wearable electronic devices. Comes in a 30 mL Cartridge.
