Complicated Security Seal Application

A tape and label company that creates gift, loyalty, and phone card solutions approached GDI Adhesives when they needed to find an adhesive that would work with a complicated security seal. The surface of the security seal posed a significant bonding challenge where the adhesive had to be dual-purpose. The permanent side was used for the breakaway coding, while the other side was semi-permanent to be removed for use. The chosen adhesive would also need to accommodate being die-cut.
