CONASHIELD™ Flood Coat Technology
ELANTAS PDG now offers CONASHIELD™ “Flood Coat” technology which acts as a potting system but has the convenience of a conformal coating. It reduces weight by 30 to 60% compared to traditional potting systems and provides better electronic insulation and vibration dampening properties than traditional conformal coating systems. It provides protection against moisture, dust, mechanical shock, vibration, and heat dissipation.

Two Component Polyurethane Flood Coat
CS-212 is a rheology-modified, room temperature curing, 100% solids polyurethane flood coat system that provides moisture resistance and vibration absorption required for protecting electronic components.

CONASHIELD™ CS-313
Two Component Polyurethane Flood Coat
CS-313 is a mineral-filled, room temperature curing, 100% solids polyurethane flood coat system that provides a unique combination of properties that reduces the amount of material needed compared to traditional potting.
