  2-Part Foam Gaskets - To protect personnel and contents, the ASV is lined with a layer of Kevlar® fiber. A shot size is selected and the See-Flo® 7 System dispenses a precise volume of 2-part mixed material. The ASV is rotated and the adhesive-coated Kevlar fiber is applied.     Bonding Golf Clubs - After selecting a pre-set shot size, the operator of the Servo-Flo 801 system is able to dispense a precise volume of mixed material on command.   Vari-Volume Filter End-Cap Molding - Whether your dispense application requires an operator controlled amount or a preset volume or 'shot' of mixed material to fill different sized end caps, the See-Flo 7 provides the tool to accomplish each task.

  Reflective Safety Marker - The marker shell and reflective surface are made from a tough plastic shell. This shell is filled with a two component polyurethane material. The urethane provides body, strength and support for the marker and allows it to be bonded to road surface.  

  Tile to Metal Bonding - The See-Flo 494meter/mix/dispense system is used to apply a 2-Part structural adhesive for the assembly of large communication antenna. The two component adhesive bonds the antenna tiles to a metal superstructure.
 

     

  Battery Element Bonding - Battery manufacturers bond battery elements into each cell. This automated battery cell application required a preset 'shot' of mixed epoxy -in rapid succession, into each of 6 battery cells.

     Stitching Applications - Stitching is frequently performed where many small volumes of material are required using a minimum number of dispense valves. Stitching systems are typically used in place of a "hershey-drop" or "daub" fixture having one dispense valve for each volume of material dispensed.
